Gabriela Rep. Luz Ilagan described the fuel subsidy being implemented by the administration a mere “band-aid solution.”Ilagan said the Pantawid Pasada for jeepney and tricycle drivers cannot ease the burden of the public brought by escalating prices of oil and fuel products.
