Palparan's accession to House Opposed

Gabriela Representative Liza Maza said her group will ask for Palparan's disqualification because of his alleged involvement in extrajudicial killings.

“We strongly protest against Palparan's assumption of a public office. He is responsible for extrajudicial killings and other human rights violations and has to account for these crimes. Gabriela women's party will work for his disqualification," Maza said in a text message.
