House to probe Balikatan fund misuse

House Resolution (HR) 1160 filed by Representatives Liza Maza and Luzviminda Ilagan of Gabriela, Rafael Mariano and Joel Maglunsod of Anakpawis, and Raymond Palatino of Kabataan filed with the committees on national defense and good government aims to criminalize those accountable and protect Gadian and her family as well.
