HR 1042 - Transfer of the Convicted rapist Lance Corporal Daniel Smith to Philippine detention facility

Resolution Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Philippine Government immediately realize the transfer to a Philippine detention facility of Lance Corporal Daniel Smith, a US Serviceman convicted by the Makati Regional Trial Court for the rape of a young Filipina called "Nicole" in pursuance of the February 11, 2009 ruling of the Supreme Court
