HR 788 Indiscriminate Military Offensives

Resolution directing the House of Representatives Special Committee on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity, and the Committee on Human Rights to jointly conduct an inquiry on the indiscriminate military offensives in Mindanao, particularly the air strikes launched by the military in Datu Piang, Maguindanao resulting to the death of at least six civilians, including children and a pregnant woman, and recommend measures to prevent such deplorable acts to happen again
