HR 707- Probe on the Prevalence of Sexual Harassment Cases and Compliance of Firms to the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995

Resolution Directing the House of Representatives Committee on Labor and Employment and the Committee on Women and Gender Equality immediately conduct an investigation, in aid of legislation, into the prevalence of cases of sexual harassment perpetrated against women workers in establishments employing mostly women, and into the compliance of such firms to the provisions of RA 7877 or the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995.
