Resolution directing the House Committee on Civil, Political and Human Rights and Cultural Minorities to conduct an investigation, in aid of legislation, on the alleged harassment and other human rights violations of the 44th infantry battalion and special Civilian Armed Forces Geographical Units (CAFGU) armed auxiliary elements in Mt. Canatuan, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte against the indigenous Subanon people, small scale miners, and other settlers, in the course of protecting the mining operations of Toronto Ventures Incorporated which has encroached on the Subanon people's ancestral domain and now threatens to displace the said group away from their land
