A resolution urging the House Committee on Human Rights to conduct an immediate inquiry into the increasing practice of the Armed Forces of the Philippines of tagging or branding children in conflict areas as children combatants as in the case of Grecile Buya, a nine-year-old girl allegedly killed and tagged as child combatant by elements of the 28th and 67th batallion in New Bataan, Compostela Valley and recommending measures to ensure the protection and promotion of children in areas of conflict
