HR 1184 - Inquiry into the Right to Privacy and Sex Videos

A resolution directing the House of Representatives Committeess on Public Information, Civil Service  and Professional Regulation and Justice to conduct an immediate inquiry into the right to privacy can be best protected in the light of the various cases of proliferation of videos of women'sintimate acts with their partmers without the victims' consent and knowledge, the most recent of which is the Halili-Hayden sex video, and recommend measures thereof including bringing to justice to those accountable and ensuring the protection of right to privacy and the dignity and well-being of the victims
