A Resolution directing appropriate House Committees to conduct an inquiry, in aid of legislation, on the possible establishment of a body in the Department of Labor and Employment and the Civil Service Commission that will monitor violations of Section 42 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004
