HR 1125 – A resolutiondirecting the House of Representatives Committees on Labor and Employment andHuman Rights to conduct an investigation on the violent dispersal of the ChongWon Fashion, Inc. and Phils. Jeon, Inc. workers who went on strike at theCavite Export Processing Zone (CPEZ) allegedly by Philippine Economic ZoneAuthority’s (PEZA) police force and members of Jantro Security agency, andtheir Thrity-three (33) union leaders and members by the Rosario, CaviteMunicipal Trial Court, as well as other workers’ strike, and recommend measuresto protect workers against company coercion and violence and uphold theirrights as enshrined in the Philippine Constitution
